Nigel has a considerable amount of operational experience, leading company wide projects and initiatives both in the UK and internationally. These have included acquisitions, disposals, reorganisations, head count reductions, change management, IT project implementation, system enhancements and operational improvements.
Nigel qualified as a chartered accountant in 1994 with a large independent firm. He was responsible for a diverse client portfolio and worked closely with growing companies. In 1998 he moved into industry gaining commercial hands on experience with a FTSE 100 listed distribution plc, followed by manufacturing and distribution businesses in the food and engineering sectors. He spent the last eight years as finance director in the technology and electronics sectors. Nigel is also a chartered management accountant and has an MBA from Warwick University. He is an accredited member of the Institute for Turnaround, Europe's leading body for turnaround professionals.
Elizabeth qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1999 and has always felt comfortable in business environments having grown up in her parents’ design and manufacturing business.
She has extensive acquisition experience having worked for the sixth largest independent healthcare provider, which grew rapidly by acquisition. She conducted pre acquisition due diligence on target companies along with post acquisition integration into the group. This often involved staff reorganisations, implementing new systems and extraction of financial and operational data.
Elizabeth then moved to an International Music Publishing Company where her focus was on group cash flow management, scenario planning and complex financial projections.
Elizabeth is interested in behaviour and team dynamics having a B.Sc. in Psychology.
